The X11 is available in three versions:
1. with matching type 2 plug (male) to plug into an existing wallbox.
2. with socket, if the existing wallbox cable is to be used
3. with cable for direct wiring

Please note: The X11 does not support the communication between Tesla wallbox and Tesla vehicle. If only a Tesla product is used, feel free to add the X11 to your shopping cart. Have fun charging!

Kann die VOITAS Wallbox im Freien installiert werden?
Die VOITAS WALLBOX ist IP 54 spritzwassergeschützt und für den geschützten Außenbereich geeignet.
Wie erfolgt die Aufladung mit der VOITAS Wallbox?
Die Ladung kann über verschiedene Modi erfolgen. Das Überschussladen der Wallbox richtet sich nach dem erzeugten überschüssigen Solarstrom. Bei einer normalen Ladung ohne Photovoltaik ist kein Smart Meter erforderlich.
Ist die VOITAS Wallbox mit meinen Photovoltaik-Modulen kompatibel?
Unsere VOITAS Wallbox arbeitet mit jeder PV-Anlage, da sie mit dem VOITAS Smart Meter die Leistung unabhängig misst.
Welche E-Auto-Modelle sind mit der VOITAS Wallbox kompatibel?
Die VOITAS Wallbox kann jedes E-Auto aufladen, solange dieses für eine Typ-2 Steckdose geeignet ist. Das gilt für Elektro- und Plug-in Hybridfahrzeuge.
Kann ich die VOITAS Wallbox selbst installieren?
Die VOITAS Wallbox kann praktisch an jeder Art von Betonwand mit einer Mindestverankerungstiefe von 3 cm montiert werden. Die Montage auf Gipskartonplatten wird nicht empfohlen. Dübel und Bohrschablone zur einfachen Positionierung sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Brauche ich eine PV-Anlage für die VOITAS Wallbox?
Nein. Unsere Wallbox kann auch ohne PV-Anlage konfiguiert werden. Damit ist sie als normales E-Autoladegerät einsetzbar. Um unsere Wallbox und das System am effizientesten nutzen zu können, benötigst du unseren VOITAS Smart Meter. Dieses Gerät berechnet den Energieüberschuss deiner PV-Anlage.
Wie funktioniert die RFID der VOITAS Wallbox?
Die RFID Freischaltung ist beim Kauf deiner Wallbox möglich. Der RFID wird über die App auf einen Nutzer registriert. Vor jeder Ladung hältst du den RFID direkt an den Scan der Wallbox. Der Ladevorgang wird dabei autorisiert. Das ist besonders hilfreich, wenn du deine Wallbox mit mehreren Nutzern verwendest und einen getrennten Überblick über die Ladestatistiken behalten möchtest. Bitte beachte, dass der RFID Scan nur mit unserem VOITAS RFID funktioniert.
